ECJ risks 'serious conflict' with German court, says AfD leader

The European Court of Justice would be in "serious conflict" with Germany's Constitutional Court if it endorses a legal opinion backing the ECB's bond-buying programme, AfD leader Bernd Lucke i has said. ECJ Advocate-general Cruz Villalon said Wednesday that the ECB's Outright Monetary Transactions programme did not breach the EU treaties.
