New Cyprus reunification talks initiated in New York

Cyprus reunification talks may progress in the coming months, with US Secretary of State John Kerry due to visit the island in October or November. Greek daily Kathimerini reports that meetings between US, Greek, Cypriot and Turkish officials were held in the margins of the UN general assembly last week.
