Angela Merkel i's Bavarian sister party - the Christian-Social Union - is insisting on "the possibility for countries who break the stability criteria to temporarily leave the eurozone i," Spiegel reports, citing a working paper tabled for the ongoing coalition talks. The CSU also wants the EU commission to be smaller.
