European Commission President Barroso has warned Hungary it could face sanctions over recent changes to its constitution, reports AFP. The EU says it has "serious concerns" over the limitations imposed on the constitutional court and will conduct a review. Hungary's majority-ruled parliament voted to amend the constitution in March.
