Cypriotische kerk wint rechtszaak tegen financiële hulp EU (en)

The Cypriot church has won a court injunction against the seizure of its equity in the Bank of Cyprus as part of the EU bailout, the FT reports. The paper said Russian and Ukrainian law firms are also preparing cases on behalf of savers in Cyprus in an anti-bailout backlash.
