Duitsland keurt ESM goed (en)

Germany on Thursday completed ratification of the permanent eurozone bailout fund, the ESM. Ratification had been delayed for several months due to court challenges. Officials from the 17 euro-countries signed a document making it comply with the Germany's constitutional court ruling. The €700bn fund should come into force 8 October.
