Duits Hof veegt bezwaren tegen ESM van de kaart (en)

The German constitutional court has rejected the complaints against the upcoming eurozone i bailout fund (ESM i), paving the way to the ratification by Berlin and the entry into force of the already 3-months delayed fund. Judges admitted the high stakes of their verdict from a political and economic point of view.
