Onafhankelijk radiostation in Hongarije wint beroep tegen afnemen licentie (en)

Hungary’s main anti-government radio station, Klub Radio, Wednesday won an appeal in court that the country’s disputed Media Council must re-examine a tender that stripped the radio of its license to broadcast in December. The tender had not complied with regulations, said the capital court of appeals.
