Estonia's ombudsman on Monday asked the country's top court to decide if a special voting procedure within the new permanent eurozone bail-out fund (ESM) is in line with the Estonian constitution. The emergency voting procedure favouring big countries "jeopardises the principle of parliamentary democracy," the ombudsman said.
