Corruption and strengthening the role of Frontex i in the management of the EU’s external borders in crisis situations are among the topics of the EP plenary session (Strasbourg, 13-14.09.2011)
In Strasbourg on 13-14 September 2011, Minister Jerzy Miller will participate in the European Parliament plenary session, during which voting will take place on the adoption of a regulation amending the mandate of Frontex i, which will contribute to strengthening the role of the agency in the management of the EU’s external borders in crisis situations.
The next agenda item in which Minister Jerzy Miller will take an active part will be the session for questions by MEPs directed to the European Commission and the Council of the European Union. Minister Miller, as Chairman of the Council for Justice and Home Affairs, will respond to verbal questions on corruption by MEPs addressed to the Council.
