On 28th-29thSopot will be a venue of a discussion launched at the political level on the European Union’s next financial perspective for 2014-2020 i.
On 28th-29th July Sopot will be the venue of an informal meeting of ministers and secretaries of state for European affairs. A discussion on the European Union’s next financial perspective for 2014-2020 will be launched at the political level in that forum.
This will be the first opportunity for representatives of EU member states to address the Commission’s 29th June proposal regarding the long-term budget.
Apart from ministers and secretaries of state for European affairs of the European Union member states, also due to take part in the meeting are representatives of the European Parliament.
The Polish Presidency i will also announce its further intentions as regards, among other things, holding a political conference with the participation of the Commission, European Parliament and national parliaments, tentatively set to take place in Brussels on 20th-21st October.
