United Nations Conference on Biodiversity (15th Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity, 10th meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety, 4th meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization).
Meeting of the main decision-making body of the Convention and its Protocols that reviews its implementation and adopts decisions regarding its future work. Czech Republic, in its role of the Presidency to the Council of the EU, will coordinate the position of the EU and its Member States and will negotiate on their behalf. Adopting the new global biodiversity framework will be the key decision of this conference.
