Plenary session of the European Parliament
The Portuguese Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Augusto Santos Silva, and the Secretary of State for European Affairs, Ana Paula Zacarias, will be taking part in the plenary session of the European Parliament in Brussels from 18 to 20 May.
Under the framework of the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the two members of government will represent the Presidency in the initiatives and discussions where the presence of the Council is required.
Thus, at this plenary session, Augusto Santos Silva will be representing the Presidency in the discussions to be held on 18 and 19 May and Ana Paula Zacarias will take over on 20 May.
