Orban calls EU refugee fines 'punch in the stomach'

Hungary PM Viktor Orban has called Friday the EU commission's new plan to fine countries €250,000 per person for refusing to take refugees a “punch in the stomach”. He told state radio broadcaster the plan is a mistake and the EU should be focusing on protecting its borders.
