EU and Kosovo police fail to arrest criminal ringleader

Kosovo police and Eulex, the EU's rule-of-law mission, made 42 raids and arrested six over a suspected theft of €30 million of public property. Several of the suspects are public figures, including ringleader Azem Syla, a politician affiliated with the ruling Democratic Party of Kosovo. He remains at large.
