Report: Spain given one more year to reduce deficit

Spain's finance minister Luis de Guindos and EU finance commissioner Pierre Moscovici i have agreed to push back the deadline from 2016 to 2017 for Spain to reduce its deficit to within the three-percent threshold, El Pais says. The commission still has to formally decide on the new deadline.
