Europeans support ban on controversial weed killer

Two-thirds of Europeans want a ban on the weed killer glyphosate, according to a YouGov poll in the EU's five biggest states, reports the Guardian. Some 150 MEPs are expected to give urine samples to test if they contain residues of the chemical ahead of Wednesday's symbolic vote on prohibition.
