EU Commission delays asylum proposal to 6 April

The college of EU commissioners will hold an orientation debate on the reform of the Dublin regulation on asylum on Wednesday and will present its "strategic vision" on the issue on 6 April, a commission spokeswoman said on Tuesday. The new Dublin proposal was originally due this week.
