Two German states intend to file a complaint against a Belgian government decision to extend the lives of two nuclear power plants. Belgium wants to keep the plants going until 2025, despite a scheduled 2015 shutdown. North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate will complain to the EU and UN.
