Report: Germany expects 3.6m refugees by 2020

Germany is expecting a total of 3.6 million refugees by 2020, according to the Sueddeutsche Zeitung newspaper citing a ministry of economy report. The estimate is part of the German government's work to agree a budget to cope with the arrival of refugees, after 1 million arrived in 2015.
