Hungary's Orban 'optimistic' about UK deal

PM Viktor Orban said Hungary won’t accept any restrictions on free movement of people, and special regulations on benefits for the UK should not be made available for other countries. “We have a good chance to make an agreement, I’m rather optimistic,” he said on his way to the summit.
