Greece completes four migrant hotspots

Greece has completed four out of five migrants registration hotspots, defence minister Panos Kammenos says. Centres are ready to operate in Lesbos, Chios, Samos and Leros, and the final one in Kos will be ready within five days. Greece had promised the EU they would be ready by 15 February.
