Hogan to visit France to discuss farmers' plight

European agriculture commissioner Phil Hogan i will visit Paris next week to discuss the market situation with prime minister Manuel Valls and agriculture minister Stephane Le Foll i, the latter told press in Brussels Monday. Le Foll said agriculture ministers and Hogan discussed the economic plight of farmers for 2.5 hours.
