Italy stalling EU-Turkey pact on migrants, say EU diplomats

Italy is blocking a deal between the EU and Turkey on stemming the inflow of migrants, reports Reuters. "There is only one member state that still has objections against the funding for Turkey. We do not understand why Italy is blocking it," said an EU diplomat.
