FT: Bosnia-Herzegovina to apply for EU membership soon

Bosnia-Herzegovina's foreign minister has told the Financial Times that the country will try to present its application for EU membership by the end of January. However, EU Commission chief Juncker said at the start of his mandate that the EU would not enlarge during his term, i.e. before 2019.
