Greek mayors reluctant to accept migrant hotspot centres

Wednesday's talks between Greek immigration minister Yiannis Mouzalas and local mayors failed to set a timetable for establishing "hotspot" screening centres for migrants as agreed with the European Union. The mayor of Katerini, Savvas Hionidis, said local residents were against the idea, reports Greek daily Ekathimerini .
