International call on Hungary to end migrant campaign

The UN Refugee Agency, the Council of Europe and the OSCE Office of Human Rights in a joint statement called on Hungary "to refrain from policies and practices that promote intolerance, fear and fuel xenophobia against refugees and migrants", following a government campaign against refugees quotas.
