Turkey to impose visas for some Syrians

Turkey will require Syrian nationals to apply for visas to enter the country as of 8 January 2016, a diplomatic source told EUbserver. The new visa regime only applies to Syrians who arrive from countries other than Syria. Syrians arriving from Syria will still be granted temporary protection.
