Orban: Hungary supports border guard plan in theory

Hungary's prime minister Viktor Orban i said Hungary supports "in theory" the EU Commission's border guard plan, but would not give up its right to protect its own borders. "The devil is in the details," Orban told press, while arriving at the EU summit in Brussels.
