NGOs: EU fish quota for 2016 too high

Green groups like Greenpeace, Oceana, Pew, and Seas at Risk, criticize the 2016 fish quota EU ministers agreed in the early hours of Wednesday. Only part of the stocks have quota that follow scientific advice on sustainability. Environment commissioner Vella said anyway: "We are on track in our sustainability targets."
