Spanish journalists to take 'gag law' to human rights court

Three groups of Spanish journalists will file complaints Tuesday against the Spanish government at the European Court of Human Rights, the Guardian reports. They say a security law voted this year, which prevents publication of pictures of police, is a breach of the right to assembly and freedom of expression.
