Socialist group leader wants European FBI

Gianni Pittella, head of the Socialists in the European Parliament, on Thursday called for a European FBI to better tackle terrorism. "To prevent new terrorist attacks, Europe needs a European FBI equipped with investigative and law enforcement tools to fight back against the Jihadist threat", he said in a statement.
