Germany hands Greece list of 10,000 tax fraud suspects

German state North Rhine-Westphalia has handed Athens the names of over 10,000 Greeks suspected of dodging taxes via holdings in Swiss banks. “This is a great opportunity for our community,” said deputy Greek finance minister Trifon Alexiadis. Tax dodging is thought to be the biggest drain on the Greek economy.
