Lithuania votes on 'moral values' law

Lithuanian MPs will Thursday vote on a bill said by rights groups to restrict freedom of expression, such as pride marches. The law envisages punishment of "public denigration of constitutional moral values." Ilga-Europe, a gay-rights NGO, compared it to Russia's 2013 anti-gay "propaganda" law, saying it'll foster "fear and exclusion."
