Report: Germany spied on own diplomat, France, US, ICC and WHO

German radio station rbb Inforadio reported Tuesday the country's BND intelligence agency spied on Hansjoerg Haber, a senior German and EU diplomat, as well as French FM Laurent Fabius, the US' FBI law enforcement agency, US firms, the International Criminal Court in The Hague, and the World Health Organisation.
