Tusk: Europe's future depends on Germany

"Our European future will depend to a large degree on Germany's approach to the migration crisis," European Council president Donald Tusk i said Monday in a speech in Berlin. "Germany bears co-responsibility for the whole of Europe, where the forces undermining the foundations of liberal democracy are growing day by day."
