Report: Germany to limit Syrian refugees' rights

Germany is to downgrade the status of Syrian refugees from "primary protection" to "subsidiary protection", the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reports. The paper says the decision is part of Thursday's coalition agreement. It means refugees will have only a one-year residence permit and family reunifications are suspended for two years.
