Vimont: No EU-backed refugee camps in Africa

Pierre Vimont, the EU's lead negotiator at the upcoming summit on African migration in Valletta, on Thursday said the EU won't create refugee camps in Africa. He said it "is totally out of the action plan" and that member states need to study on the idea more closely.
