Monitors voice concern on Turkish elections

In preliminary report, the OSCE said Monday the election process in Turkey was marred by "reduced voters’ access to a plurality of views and information", "reports of intimidation of voters", "increased number of attacks against and arrests of activists" and a "lack of judicial review of [the election board] decisions".
