German parliament chief: no TTIP if no transparency

Germany's president of the Bundestag, Norbert Lammert, told Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung Wednesday he would oppose EU-US trade treaty TTIP without a more transparent negotiation process. It is not yet clear if TTIP will need approval by national parliaments, although there has been a push to let them have their say.
