Serbia, Bulgaria, and Romania to close borders if Germany does

Serbia, Bulgaria, and Romania said Saturday they would close their borders if Germany did so in order to prevent migrants becoming stranded in the Balkans. "We are standing ready, if Germany and Austria close their borders, not to allow our countries to become buffer zones," AFP quoted Bulgarian PM Borisov.
