London is best city for start-ups, EU ranking says

London is the best city for start-ups, while Amsterdam comes in second place, according to an EU-funded ranking. The European Digital City Index (EDCi) describes how well different European cities support digital entrepreneurship. Nordic cities, Stockholm, Helsinki and Copenhagen all feature high on the list.
