Kosovo set to land EU membership deal next week

The European Union is expected to sign an agreement with Kosovo next week, paving the way for the accession of the Balkan country to the bloc, reports Reuters. EU foreign affairs chief Federica Mogherini i and enlargement commissioner Johannes Hahn i are to sign the accord, which will take effect next year.
