Hollande against scrapping visas for Turkish nationals

French president Francois Hollande i on Thursday warned against any rapid moves to lift visas for visiting Turkish nationals. He said Turkey's aid on managing refugee flows into the EU should not be a pretext for visa liberalisation. "There will be a process that requires a lot of conditions", he said.
