Russian firm finds gas in Romania's waters

Russian firm Lukoil said on Wednesday it has found up to 30 billion cubic metres (bcm) of gas under Romania's part of the Black Sea. The report is based on seismic data, with drilling to start in 2016. The find is modest, with Romania alone consuming 14 bcm a year.
