Juncker keen to treat Russia 'decently'

Eu Commission head Juncker at an event in Passau, Germany, Friday, criticised the US for its confrontational approach to Russia. "We must make efforts towards a practical relationship with Russia. It's not sexy, but that must be the case, we can't go on like this," he said, the BBC reports.
