EU countries adopt migrant quotas, outvote sceptics

EU states Tuesday in Brussels "adopted" by "large majority" a decision to relocate 120,000 more refugees, the Luxembourg EU presidency said on Twitter. Leading sceptics - the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia - lost the Council vote, while Poland dropped earlier objections. A Czech minister criticised Poland on Twitter.
