Russia says it is winning 'information war'

Russia's EU envoy Chizhov told Tass Wednesday the West and Russia are fighting an "information war", but Russia is "acting more and more successfully" and "the fact that our opponents dislike this is rather natural". The EU is planning new counter-propaganda projects, which aim to debunk Russian media falsehoods.
