Hollande: air strikes in Syria "will be necessary"

Air strikes "will be necessary in Syria," French president Francois Hollande i said Monday. French planes started reconnaissance flights last week against positions of the so-called Islamic State group. The French National Assembly will debate possible military operations this Tuesday.
