France raises prospect of lifting Russia sanctions

French leader Hollande told press in Paris Monday the ceasefire in Ukraine is being "almost ... respected" and that he wants French, German, Russian, and Ukrainian leaders to meet in Paris this month on the peace process. "If the process succeeds I will support the lifting of sanctions", he noted.
